Every item in the Pix registry was published by an organization and passed schema validation. Search shows the latest version only.

Formats and schemas

pix.agent/v1 stored as agent.md, the markdown agent definition.

pix.crew/v1 stored as crew.json, with up to 8 members.

pix.skill/v1 stored as SKILL.md, the Agent Skills format.

pix.prompt/v1 stored as prompt.md with frontmatter.

Open an item in your Pix library and choose Publish public version.
The file is checked against its JSON Schema and scanned for secrets.
Each publish is a new immutable version. You can restore an older version as the new latest, or delete a version.
Other organizations find the latest version in search and in the Pix Sandbox launch config picker, and download it through a short-lived signed link.
