Supported versions that are affected are 4.3.0.6.0, 4.4.0.0.0, 4.4.0.2.0, 4.4.0.3.0, 4.5.0.0.0, 4.5.0.1.1, 4.5.0.1.3, 24.1.0.0.0-24.3.0.0.0 and 25.4. Difficult to exploit vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with logon to the infrastructure where Oracle Utilities Application Framework executes to compromise Oracle Utilities Application Framework. While the vulnerability is in Oracle Utilities Application Framework, attacks may significantly impact additional products (scope change). Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized update, insert or delete access to some of Oracle Utilities Application Framework accessible data as well as unauthorized read access to a subset of Oracle Utilities Application Framework accessible data.
