Vulnerability in the Oracle Utilities Application Framework product of Oracle Utilities Applications (component: General (DOMPurify)). Supported versions that are affected are 4.3.0.3.0-4.3.0.6.0, 4.4.0.0.0, 4.4.0.2.0, 4.4.0.3.0, 4.5.0.0.0, 4.5.0.1.1, 4.5.0.1.3 and 24.1.0.0.0-24.3.0.0.0. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Utilities Application Framework. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized update, insert or delete access to some of Oracle Utilities Application Framework accessible data as well as unauthorized read access to a subset of Oracle Utilities Application Framework accessible data and unauthorized ability to cause a partial denial of service (partial DOS) of Oracle Utilities Application Framework.
