Vulnerability in the Oracle Utilities Network Management System product of Oracle Utilities Applications (component: Installation (Apache Ant)). Supported versions that are affected are 2.3.0.2, 2.4.0.1, 2.5.0.0, 2.5.0.1 and 2.5.0.2. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Utilities Network Management System. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized creation, deletion or modification access to critical data or all Oracle Utilities Network Management System accessible data.
