[PY-SETUP-CRED-EXFIL] setup.py opens a credential file (~/.aws/credentials, ~/.ssh/id_rsa, ~/.docker/config.json, ~/.netrc) AND contacts the network: documented PyPI credential-exfiltration TTP. A benign setup.py never reads credential stores; reading one AND egressing is theft.
