Second payload is hidden C2 URL https[://]boss-npm-run-zeta[.]vercel[.]app[/]api, used to steal environment variables during runtime, and the returned payload is executed on user device. The second payload acts as a fail safe if the user uses and IDE that is not vscode, the attacker can still deliver obfuscated JS malware.
