Malicious VS Code extension published as part of the Glassworm campaign. Contains invisible Unicode characters that decode into executable payloads. Part of a coordinated multi-ecosystem attack spanning GitHub, npm, and the VS Code Marketplace. Malicious payload uses invisible Unicode injection technique. Unicode range: 0xFE00-0xFE0F (Variation Selectors) and 0xE0100-0xE01EF (Variation Selectors Supplement) Behavior: Hidden characters decode into executable payload via eval(). Designed for credential and token theft via Solana blockchain-based second-stage delivery.
