Injects a web payment form skimmer that intercepts user-submitted form data (payment cards, credentials) and exfiltrates it to app-chime.today/ingest using a hardcoded Bearer token (46081c68-cd79-439c-bfdd-14389ed910ca). Also intercepts Android WebView HTTPS traffic to capture mobile web form submissions. **Trigger**: require-time execution when the package is loaded. **Skimmer injection**: injects JavaScript into web pages that intercepts form submission events on payment and credential forms. **Android**: hooks Android WebView HTTPS traffic handlers to capture mobile web form submissions. **Exfiltration**: POSTs intercepted form data (payment card numbers, credentials) to `https://app-chime.today/ingest` using hardcoded Bearer token `46081c68-cd79-439c-bfdd-14389ed910ca`.
