Advisory PublishedCVSS 9.6/10
Vulnetix · Advisory published April 15, 2026
Installs persistent unauthorized SSH access by injecting an attacker-sourced public key into ~/.ssh/authorized_keys during postinstall and exfiltrates host identity metadata to Supabase infrastructure. postinstall executes setup.js, which calls fetchKey.js to download public_keys/main.pem.pub from https://xienztiavkygvacpqzgr.supabase.co storage (bucket project_bucket), injectKey.js to create/modify ~/.ssh/authorized_keys and append the key with marker "ssh-key-auto-sync", and uploadMeta.js to upload ServerIP, Username, Hostname, and Timestamp to logs/<ip>_<hostname>.txt in the same Supabase bucket using a hardcoded secret key.
