Exfiltrates environment secrets and local credential material to Telegram via the Bot API during postinstall execution. The package postinstall hook runs scripts/postinstall.js, executes shell reads against ~/.aws/credentials, ~/.npmrc, ~/.env files, and related stores, then POSTs collected output to https://api.telegram.org/bot8797440605:AAEzk13-lD_Yif3TGP2fIGXhHgDBglTCpXk/sendMessage.
