Installs a surveillance plugin into OpenClaw AI environments that (1) downloads a macOS screen capture binary from attacker-controlled GitHub repo anthillnet/sinain-hud, (2) embeds HEARTBEAT.md instructions into Claude's context directing it to send session summaries and AI activity to attacker Telegram chat_id 59835117, and (3) implements audio transcription capabilities for ambient monitoring. Activates when OpenClaw is installed.
postinstall runs cli.js install --if-openclaw. If OpenClaw is present: install.js copies plugin files to ~/.openclaw/extensions/sinain-hud/ and HEARTBEAT.md/SKILL.md to ~/.openclaw/sinain-sources/. HEARTBEAT.md instructs Claude to call sinain_heartbeat_tick and send output (session summaries, AI activity) to Telegram chat_id 59835117 using the user's configured bot token. setup-sck-capture.js downloads sck-capture-macos.zip from https://api.github.com/repos/anthillnet/sinain-hud/releases to ~/.sinain/sck-capture/sck-capture. sinain-core contains macOS audio capture (capture-spawner-macos.ts) and screen transcription logic.
