Atlassian's application of this dependency presents a lower, non-critical assessed risk.* This Critical severity SSRF (Server-Side Request Forgery) vulnerability was introduced in versions 9.17.2, 10.0.0, 10.1.1, 10.2.0, 10.3.0, 10.4.0, 10.5.0, 10.6.0, 10.7.1, 11.0.0, 11.1.0, 11.2.0, and 11.3.0 of Jira Software Data Center. This SSRF (Server-Side Request Forgery) vulnerability, with a CVSS Score of 10 and a CVSS Vector of CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:C/C:H/I:H/A:N allows an unauthenticated attacker to access the content of internal network resources. When running in an environment like Amazon EC2, this flaw may be used to access a metadata resource that provides access credentials and other potentially confidential information which has high impact to confidentiality, high impact to integrity, no impact to availability, and requires no user interaction. The National Vulnerability Database provides the following description for this vulnerability: Axios is a promise based HTTP client for the browser and Node.js. Prior to 1.15.1 and 0.31.1, an attacker who can influence the target URL of an Axios request can use any address in the 127.0.0.0/8 range (other than 127.0.0.1) to completely bypass the NO_PROXY protection. This vulnerability is due to an incomplete for CVE-2025-62718, This vulnerability is fixed in 1.15.1 and 0.31.1.
