Diese Fehler entsteht durch die unsachgemäße Behandlung bestimmter, nicht angegebener Daten in Verbindung mit bestimmter Hardware (r2000- und r4000-Serie) oder bei Verwendung von Intel E810 SR-IOV NICs in Virtual Editions. Ein anonymer Angreifer kann diese Schwachstelle ausnutzen, um einen Denial-of-Service-Zustand zu erzeugen.
